RP responded promptly to our call about a furnace not working in our house and he fit in a service call later that day. Robert kept us updated on when he would arrive and clearly communicated the issues with the furnace and options for repair. The broken parts were replaced the next day per his quote. We are very happy with the whole repair process and we will call him again when needed.
