I can’t say enough good things about the RP Team! Lost heat during one of the coldest weeks in January and they came over late Friday night after hours to take a look at my mini split system. The repair process was more lengthy (due to manufacturing warranties) than we’d like. Not only did they help me throughout, they went out of their way to call the various suppliers and Fujitsu themselves to expedite the process and ensure I was getting the best possible fix. They were extremely communicative, knowledgeable, and considerate. Anyone that needs HVAC and plumbing services should be calling them!! Thank you both!

We used RP Heating to install a new HVAC system. We selected this company for several reasons and they did not disappoint. First, when our old system shut down during the height of summer heat, RP Heating was the only company to be responsive to a call on a Saturday and willing and able to schedule an appointment within the week. The company then worked with us for an extended time period to find the right HVAC system for us and to work with MASS Save in order to help ensure that we received the rebate. The company did a lot of research and sent quotes on many different systems. They were very knowledgeable about all of the considerations for a new system. The company always had our best interest at heart. When it came time for the install the crew was very professional and efficient. We highly recommend this company.
